Don't recognise a charge?

Email [email protected] before you dispute it with your bank. We can almost always identify the order and refund it the same day, which is faster for you than a dispute — those take banks weeks to resolve.

Something went wrong with a reading

If your reading stalled part-way, never arrived, or the link stopped working, email us. We can re-run the generation or re-send the link. You don't need to ask for a refund to get it fixed — and if you'd rather have your money back, see the refund policy.
