Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes
Seven days. No questions asked.
Refund policy
If you bought a reading and it didn't land for you — for any reason — email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase with the email you used at checkout, or your order ID. We'll refund the full amount, including the Partnership add-on if you bought it.
You don't need to explain, and we won't argue. We'd rather you tell a friend we were fair than keep $49 you regret spending.
How it works
- Email us within 7 days of the purchase date.
- We reply within 24 hours and issue the refund when we do — we don't ask you to justify it first.
- REPLACE ME LLC refunds to your original payment method. Banks typically post it within 5–10 business days; the timing after we send it is up to your bank, not us.
- You keep any PDF you already downloaded. We won't chase you for it.
After 7 days, write to us anyway. A policy is a floor, not a ceiling, and we'd rather hear about a reading that missed than not.
Cancellations
There is nothing recurring to cancel. ChartedSelf sells a one-time purchase — no subscription, no membership, no renewal, and we never store your card on file or charge you again.
Before paying, you can cancel simply by closing the checkout page; nothing is charged until you complete it. If you started a reading and changed your mind after paying, that's a refund — see above.
Disputes and unrecognised charges
Your card statement will show "CHARTEDSELF". If that doesn't look familiar, it's us.
Please email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank. We will refund an unrecognised or unwanted charge immediately — that puts the money back faster than a dispute, which takes banks weeks. If you do open one, we respond to it with the order record; we won't contest a refund you were entitled to under this policy.
Failed or incomplete readings
If a reading never generated or arrived incomplete, you are entitled to a refund regardless of the 7 days — but tell us first if you can, because we can usually just fix it. See delivery and access.
